Menu opening and refreshing broken after new folia update

Menu refreshing potentially appears to be some form of race-condition.

Reported by another Discord user, the following configuration has issues where the PlayerPoints balance and ExcellentCrate Keys placeholder isn't updated on first-click:

However, a work-around was discovered where by adding a delay of 2 ticks or more to the refresh action with <delay=2> leads to both placeholders updating successfully on first click.

The reason for a suspected race-condition is due to the fact that other placeholders (%player_ticks_lived% and %server_uptime% were tested) do update correctly on the non-delayed refresh call.

The same Discord user above also reported the same issue with [player] <command to open another plugin's gui> not working.

However, the same-work around using delay also works for this such as [player] is<delay=2>, not entirely sure why this fixes it but it does.
