Versions after 2.7.4 not supported on intel mac

Hi If I use a version after 2.7.6 (i.e. pip install hebi-py<=2.7.6) on an intel mac 64-bit I get the following error:

I'd highly appreciate finding out how to get around this since I want to use packages that require hebi-py > 2.8.0

Sorry the the trouble here, and the delayed response -- can you run the following commands in a terminal to help track down the issue?

ls -la /Users/user/opt/anaconda3/envs/so_venv/lib/python3.10/site-packages/hebi/lib/osx/
file /Users/user/opt/anaconda3/envs/so_venv/lib/python3.10/site-packages/hebi/lib/osx/libhebi.dylib

Can you also let us know the version of macOS you are running?

Finally, is it possible to try to install and run the HEBI API on a python install outside of the anaconda environment to ensure that it works as expected there? This would help us track down if this is a potential conflict here.

Unfortunately, I don't have direct access to an intel mac system at this point, but hopefully we can get to the bottom of things here.
