Published artefacts failing to resolve

The artefacts can't find the common dependency, somehow the IDE know it is there, can autocomplete, but Gradle stops before compiling

Seeing other kmpp projects, seems the module and folder structure is different, and that other structure (each Target as a separated Gradle Module) looks easier to split artefact generation configurations, so this may be an option.
