Pixel Perfect does not always recognize that it is in an instance and will frequently not work in combat in older instances

What the title, says, and image shows. Pixel Perfect also no longer shows up on training dummies in ARR areas.

This is still an issue after the most recent update, but I do appreciate that it DOES sometimes work.

Strange. I'll have to investigate this, as I've not had this issue.
Can you confirm that it doesn't work 100% of the time in the KotL dungeon?
And can you please share your config for what settings you have on for actually showing the doodles (instance/combat/etc).
