Relevant new features:

• YAC interpolation library : interfacing with the parallel remapping algorithms for 2D interpolation on the sphere from version 3.10 of the YAC coupler
• Support of dynamic fractions
• An upgraded compiling environment
• Support of a new “Cube” partition, adapted to specific couplings, e.g. horizontal coarsening in the exchanges between a high-resolution ocean model and a lower-resolution bio-geo-chemistry model.
