Learners can put a request on hold when they can't finish the session

Example- I have to leave but I have a coaching session that is not finished yet. The team agrees to meet back up an hour later.
Problem- the coaching session is clogging up the queue and other learners are not able to get help. Solution- have a 'hold' option that temporarily suspends the request until we re-activate the request.
