As a coach, I want to be able to cancel a request that is blocking the rest of the queue. Learners often step away for lunch or for meetings without remembering to remove their request from the queue. Coaches can't help other learners during these times.
Perhaps after a certain amount of time, a button appears on the request on the coach landing page that would allow a coach to remove the request from the queue.
