Error C1-2784-1 on every video

This could be another token issue as YouTube has published a recent update reworking views. It could be possible that behind the scenes, they also reinforced the token system. In my opinion, the best solution would be using Invidious as a way to access the videos.
Sorry if this sounds stupid, i'm not quite informed on how the token system functions and your options right now.

Yes, it is a PO token issue. I do not consider Invidious as an option.

YouTube has released an update very very recently so that is exactly why

As Graphene said on Reddit, you can try to make a third-party client for YouTube, but the pressure will get you eventually.

Recently even VitaTube stopped working:

yes, all youtube clients on the vita are currently not working. i just use local videos as an alternative but it takes wayyy longer

2nd option you have is to convert them with handbrake and put them on your vita.
