BungeeCord doesn't spoof version on 1.7.2 join attempt

Describe the bug
BungeeCord does not spoof server version when trying to connect. The "Outdated client! Please use ..." display's the real 1.8.x-26.2 message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use BungeeCord latest with CG 0.3.2-SNAPSHOT and PE 2.13.0
2. Join with 1.7.2
3. See real version

Expected behavior
The version is supposed to be spoofed to 1.21.11

Platform information (please complete the following information):

• OS: Fedora KDE 44 (7.1.4-200.fc44.x86_64)
• Platform: BungeeCord
• CoralGate version: 0.3.2-SNAPSHOT
• packetevents version: 2.13.0
