Bungeecord doesnt send the spoofed Server version

Describe the bug
The Bungeecord server doesnt send the spoofed Server version to the client.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install 'bungeecord server and coralgate with packetevents'
2. Join with 'Wrong Client version'

Expected behavior
The Bungeecord should reply with the spoofed Server version (1.21.11)

Platform information (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Platform: bungeecord
• CoralGate version: 0.3.2-SNAPSHOT
• packetevents version: 2.13.0

A potential fix has been made in the "proxy-version-spoof" branch.
This seems to work flawlessly on Velocity but i cannot test on BungeeCord, i keep getting "Could not connect to a default or fallback server. Incorrectly configured address/port/firewall? io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException".

Since i know Bungee and the error message run fine on your end, can you test this when you have time?
There's a out.println that displays the packet state with name. Please provide me this debug when you are done testing so i can fully commit this fix to the dev branch.
