3. What is the acceptance criteria?

1. MAI code can be used as a cloud based model like Gemini or Claude
2. If only MAI is configured and available, route Medium and above complex tasks to MAI
3. If Claude is also configured and available, route very complex tasks to Claude, simple tasks to Gemma and all other tasks to MAI. (We are ignoring Gemini even if configured and available)
