Please see the max.gov file for the latest version of instructions. Suggest posting them on the website before IAAF.

Does anyone have any thoughts or preferences on "Below is a sample test case markdown file with the text that should be edited in italics and highlighted" for screen reader users? Asterisks? Or is there another convention?

Hmm, so, I decided to use the markdown for code, which left me without any options but regular text, so I just added "edit" wherever guide users need to make a substitution. It's far from elegant, and I'm open to alternatives. Checking the links and I'll submit the pull request.
