Description:
Going BACK into the application from Youtube or the Play store has locked up the application temporarily.

Give a good description of what happened.
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Logon into the application
2. Navigate in the main carousel to either the "USDA MPI Directory" app or the "Recipes for Disaster" video.
3. Choose "Back" on the phone to go back into the application.
4. Observe that it is locked up.
5. Choose "Home" on the phone to exit the browser, then relaunch it.
6. Observe it is back to normal.

Actual Result: Upon reentering the application from another process, the webpage is locked up.

Expected result: The user should reenter the webpage cleanly and it should be functional and active.

FYI - No screenshot was taken, as it was just the browser frozen in place on the main page.
