Worked much better than on my Galaxy 3s smartphone, but still had some issues. The blue menu bar across all the pages doesn't have working dropdown selections. When you select any dropdown link, it takes you to the menu bar header "home page" (e.g. Agenda, Blog, Resources, etc).
The bottom panel seems to replicate the intended functionality of the blue menu bar at the top. I'd recommend making the menu bar work correctly, and get rid of the bottom panel to give more content real estate for the user. Between the menu bar, right panel and bottom panel, a lot of space seems to be used redundantly.
I find the date popups to be very unfriendly in the "Resource Documents" filtered search function. Most of the featured docs are from several years ago, but the date tool doesn't allow you to enter a year, or skip whole years at a time, so you end up tapping the back arrows as much as 40 x to get to a 2010 document! Maybe add a year dropdown along with the month dropdown that I somehow stumbled across, but can't intentionally replicate accessing (of course I didn't try real hard, but a user shouldn't have to try hard to access a feature).
Overall, the page was MUCH easier to use on the touch tablet than on my smartphone.
