Carrousel Number indicator obstruct article on the first slide

IOS 7.0

Test Steps

1. Opened CIO.gov
2. Home Page was displayed
3. Carrousel at the top the initial article was not fully display as well as the "1" "2" "3" "4" slide number obstructed the article.

Note that the carousel also doesn't allow you to click on the current image and go to the content behind the photo. I was able to select which photo from the bubble list, but that's all I could do. I expected it to allow me to go to the featured article/document.

I had this same issue on iPhone 5s (ios 7.1/Safari).
