CIO.gov issues w/Samsung Galaxy 3s

Using search tool at top of page for term "cio council agenda" I f ot baxk list of untitled documents whosw link les me to a page of raw XML code.

Using "Resource Document Library" filters wasnt able to enter free-form terms or bring up calendars or enter free-form dates.

I had the same problem with the Resource Document Library in that I was unable to enter free-from dates or saw any date picker pop-ups.

I had the same problem with dates -- no date picker pop-up or keyboard for free-form dates. Galaxy SIII, Android 4.3, native browser, wifi.
