sppIDer with Singularity

Hi guys,
Have you tested docker sppIDer container converted to singularity image (singularity pull --name sppider.sif docker://glbrc/sppider:latest)? I am not sure if it works when converted.

I have tried it, and it does appear to work for me.

The issues I had were with the location of workDir and scriptDir (variables inside the python scripts) -- on my HPC there exists a /tmp but I don't have write access to it. I ended up having to edit the scripts for this. I'm not sure if it's just that I'm a bit unused to working with docker images, or if the hardcoding in the scripts might be a problem for others, too.
