The script sppIDer_depthPlot.R requires the use of the package "modes" which seems to have been removed. Failure to use functions from this package leads to an "Execution halted" error in the last step while using the sppIDer.py script.

Are you using conda? r-modes can be installed using conda install -c conda-forge r-modes.
