Dedicated drag and drop area for Sections, Properties, Multivalues

When doing a drag and drop, it currently often happens, that the underlying text field is switched into edit mode during the drag-and-drop obscuring the target of the drop.

Add dedicated drag and drop areas as first field for

• Section lists
• Property lists
• Multivalue lists
