What's your idea?
Changing either the loot or the difficulty of the Castle Tower structure so they match more.
Why?
The top chest seems to generate loot that's more valuable than it's difficulty would seem to reward.
Examples would be:
Netherite Scraps
2 Enchanted Diamond Chestplates
Other Enchanted Diamond items
The spawner only spawns skeletons, and as it's located outside, it only spawns during the night.
Alternatives you've considered
Spawning harder monsters, having more traps, or changing the structure to be more challenging in other ways. A very small tweak could be forcing the skeletons to spawn with helmets, so they at least don't burn in daylight.
