Meta browser triage

We currently have at least the following meta browsers:

• MVP UKBB R12 public https://public-mvp-ukbb.finngen.fi/
• MVP UKBB R13 open https://mvp-ukbb.finngen.fi/
• UKBB R12 public https://public-metaresults-fg-ukbb.finngen.fi/
• UKBB R13 closed https://metaresults-ukbb.finngen.fi/
• AOU R13 closed https://metaresults-aou.finngen.fi/
• MVP UKBB R13 open https://mvp.finngen.fi/
• MVP UKBB AOU R14 closed https://metaresults.finngen.fi/

We should decide which of these to keep, since they are numerous.

There is also the problem/challenge that some of them run on k8s, some on podman, and some clusters are named differently from what they are. These should all be changed to k8s for ease of management.
