[feat] command to transfer conversation from one profile to another

Scenario:
AS A gemini chat user
GIVEN profile A and profile B are both authenticated with valid/unexpired auth cookies
WHEN I've started a convo in profile A and realize I need it in profile B
THEN I will be able to run a command to specify source profile-conversation and destination profile
