Update the concept of Countries

Countries Franchises should be updated in a similar fashion to Divisions:

• Country Franchise is a posixGroup, child of organizationalUnit ou=countries ou=franchises that is just below the base DN.
• Machine name for country is the uppercase 2-letter code (ISO_3166-1_alpha-2 standard)
• The default display name is the official 1-word country name or country name if it exists. So it would be China not People's Republic of China, Czechia not Czech Republic etc. Let's not worry about the code-name conversion details, the scope of this issue is to support it. Let's not worry about display name if there are more franchises in one country
• It may be that we will want to rename countries to franchises, so please try to make it so that the transition won't be too painful - i.e. try to use variables instead of literal strings.
• The group's gidNumber is not important.
