[Inventory Summary] Add the ability to hide the summary when the Inventory is open

This issue is for the external plugin: Inventory Summary

The Inventory Viewer default RuneLite plugin now has a feature to automatically hide it whenever the inventory tab is open. This is a useful feature; can a similar toggle be added to Inventory Summary?
