Prediction of some proteins fails.

Hi.
I am running topcons2 using singularity; most proteins get predicted, but some are not.
An example of the error file is attached.
I am not sure what is wrong.

As stated on the homepage there is a limit to sequences to be max 10000 residues long Tition is about 34K (and it is well known that it is not a TM protein - so a bit of waste to try to predict it). Try to divide it into smaller parts. Yours Arne
