#260 - Ignore inactive players townblocks and enforce overexpanding upkeep
Description
I know I might get hated on this but Epol is starting to die due to all huge nations with thousands of claim blocks for example Savoia with only 4 players logging last 30 days the same with Rome but with 15 players
It seems like that they are keeping this land forever which is unfair for new players they cannt find a place to settle or even establish a town
It really does need a rework please mods🙏
