When upgrading the V-Core 2.0 to the Easy Mod with Pro upgrade kit, I needed to make both the stepper motors run in reverse to get it to work properly. You may also have to swap the cables between the X/Y motors, as I may have accidentally swapped them when reconnected the wires.
After reconnecting everything, before making changes, X was working in reverse/mirror and the printer was working as if X Max was actually X Home. Y was homing properly...
I don't consider this to be an issue. Just something to be aware of if someone runs into the same problem.
