Use new graphic for landing page

Replace the MCAC theme graphic with the assets provided in #1.

• Make sure it's responsive
• Make sure the font-size adjusts appropriately when on mobile
• Try to apply some shadows and font strokes to make it as similar to the graphic provided by @atsiang as possible.
