General site config changes/tracking that doesn't require individual tasks.

Changes to Social Blue config settings - default colours do not pass wcag accessibility ie http://leaverou.github.io/contrast-ratio/#%2333b5e5-on-white

Keeping changes basic until we have a design - using Drupal blues.

For some reason content and block fields don't have png by default - added to call to action block - will update as I go, but look out for this

Note - you can't change the group you are posting content for.

Default should be public, community requires login

Changed font to Lato - uploaded files - just coz

Changed all content types to include png as file in field
Changed all to have public as visibility by default
Added webinars term to event taxonomy

Enabled show email field in profile - existed but disabled - this needs testing (quick test says it doesn't - I'm an admin need to test with other groups, redisabling it)
