Add more filter criterias to the Plugins tab

The plugin TreeView in the Plugins tab could be filtered based on different criterias:

• Name (Already implemented)
• Format
• Category
• Creator/Manufacturer
• Type (Instrument / Effect)

To me the "system" filter seems odd and maybe broken on mac. By default it displays only mac plugins and filtering to other systems shows no plugins at all, only for the mac system.

You are right thanks, these filter does not behaves correctly at all. I've opened issue #363
