This has made a huge difference to running OMIP-112 in parallel across a Cytek Aurora, ID7000, and A8. In particular the Aurora unmixing has improved dramatically using AutoSpectral. |

I'm not sure if anyone else was having this issue, but in previous version of AutoSpectral I could not run the define.flow.control() function on xenith raw files, I had to use unmixed files exported from Flowscape. I just updated to AutoSpectral 1.5.6 yesterday and it looks like that issue is solved and I am using raw files from the Xenith! Thank you for maintaining and updating this! |

I'm interested in feedback on whether or how much AutoSpectral is helping you achieve better unmixing. Are you seeing better resolution, fewer skews (unmixing errors), or is it just different? Could you get it to work?
