More wheel rotation.

Hi
Using the mouse wheel to scroll, it becomes way too fast. Only with a tiny movement of the wheel, sometimes a page gets skipped. Is it possible to make it modifiable whereby a certain amount of wheel rotation is required to take you to the next page?

+1. Yeah it's quite annoying when you under-scroll and it goes back to the same block and the next scroll over-scrolls a block.
