Anatomy output elements not in default reveal null properties

Problem

When an element is included in a subsequent anatomy exhibit after the default exhibit, it is showing it's properties that are no or matching the defaults. Instead, whenever an element is included in a subsequent anatomy exhibit, the attributes that match the default should not be displayed.
