Separate data customization from canvas output controls

Problem

Data customization settings (which shape the underlying spec data) and canvas output controls (which determine what sections appear in the generated output) are intermingled in the plugin UI. This makes it hard to find settings and understand which settings affect data versus output.

Solution

Separate data customization settings and canvas output section controls into distinct UI areas (e.g., separate tabs or panels) so each concern is easy to find and manage independently.

Acceptance criteria

• Data customization and output controls are visually separated
• Users can independently manage data settings and output section settings
• All existing settings remain accessible — no loss of configurability
