Add a useragent for everything

Could be why MediaFire is breaking, since many sites block "unconfigured" bot downloading.

Unfortunately, the useragent does not make a difference in terms of MediaFire.

MediaFire's Terms of Use specifically prohibit bot downloads off of their site, which is why as a policy we cannot download anything hosted on MediaFire. I'm pretty sure Moddle 0.1 doesn't have any MediaFire-hosted content included in it, but I am not absolutely sure.

@Greenlock - Ah, okay. We should still work to implement useragents though, if only because it's common courtesy when interacting over HTTP.
