Currently the tomography page on ViSR has placeholder controls for running plans.
We need to replace these with a form that mirrors spectroscopy.
Options:
Number of projections: int (hinted between 30 and 1440 to match bleusky plan) - text entry relevant for scans only
light source: enum switch - relevant for both
flat/dark: enum switch - only relevant for calibration so should be grouped with that
3 buttons
