So there should be one way to hold all the previously by any user,
if they input a github url for scan, then...
- if it's first time, then authentic scan should be performed.
- if it's something, another user has already scanned or similar then it should be served for that.
--> obviously for already scanned repository we must have time constraint like 1 week or 2 week something befor we clean up that metadata about that repository. since repo always changes.
