Parser feature for BOT to create intelligent retweets , not just plain retweets

Play of feature is as follows:

1. Bot senses a hashed string
2. Runs through entire tweet text
3. Captures only actionable nouns and verbs
4. Goes into a sentence create function
5. Generates retweet as "username yiur tweet on <nouns and verbs list is great! congratulations and we look forward for more feeds from you, yoooohoo>
6. Retweet(already implemented)
