Abstract DistanceMileage calculations to GoogleMapsLoaderService

Once the move planner is complete, we should try to abstract the distance mileage calculations away from the mvoe planner to the GoogleMapsLoaderService so their utility can be shared by the dashboard and customer facing frontend.
