Add new app to an existing Team Project

Currently a new app means to create a new project.
In a microservice context for example, I need to create multiple apps in the same Team Project. So, instead of creating a Team Project per app I need to add new apps to a existing Team Project.

So we really just need to separate the app name from the team project name. I will start work on this for yo Team.

The more I think about this the less I think it is that simple. Do you want a separate repo, build and release for the new app? Or just add the app to the current repo?
