I've forked this package and updated it for PHP 8.1 and the latest versions of Guzzle, PHPUnit, and Mockery: https://packagist.org/packages/squegtech/steam-api

I did this because the latest version of this repo is not too old to work in a modern Laravel installation.

I would appreciate it if you could redirect users to my package in your repo's README if possible. But otherwise at least mark this repo, and its page in composer, as abandoned.

Any updates to your fork?

I can't install it because of guzzle dependencies
squegtech/steam-api[2.1.0, ..., 2.1.1] require guzzlehttp/guzzle ~6.1 -> found guzzlehttp/guzzle[6.1.0, ..., 6.5.x-dev] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^7.0.1).
