EveryPass - 'grunt jsdoc' is listed as a command on GitHub but doesn't work

The writing was:
"JSDoc documentation may be generated using: grunt jsdoc",
however no code related to this functionality seems to remain. Also grunt watch seems to have been turned into grunt debug, The readme.md files for EveryPass and WhisperNote have been updated with all existing grunt functionality as of v1.6 merge. And as such this can probably be closed due to deprecation.
