Change default title of user homepage to something more useful

Currently a user homepage has the default title of 'latest posts by .' However, we should either allow the writer to change this to something more useful or default to something more description or useful like ''s posts.' The 'latest post' text is somewhat inaccurate and misleading because it's actually all the user's posts since we don't have any pagination.
