Prune tool not deleting orphaned KB files.

Setup: Latest OWUI update (11).
Latest Prune Tool: 0.10.10

1. I have a knowledge base, within that knowledge base I had two folders.
2. I deleted one of the folders (not the full KB) - it contained about 400 markdown files.
3. I noticed that the model, even after the deletion of that one folder, was still RAGing in those 400 files.
4. I ran the prune tool, with all the settings within Orphaned: Knowledge Bases & Memories on.
5. Wishing I kept the log, but I am fairly certain I saw a confirmation of ~400 deleted KB related files. But I can't say for certain.
6. The model was still able to query and present info from these files.
7. I restarted containers completely. Hoping perhaps this would help, but it did not. I am still able to query.
8. I can still preview, and even download the files from the in-chat citations feature.

Unsure if this is intended OWUI behavior, and the prune tool is meant to catch this. Let me know if I should open the issue elsewhere.
