There's a tool for converting SID to MIDI files for Windows here or here

i tried linux mint and it does not have any sid2midi in it's default repo. :(
i maybe should ask for sid2midi in mint. :)

Its a old Windows tool. Try with Wine. If it fails VirtualBox + WinXP
