Mod dont launch

Hi! ModFinder suddenly stopped launching today. I downloaded and reinstalled the .NET 8.0 SDK. How do I fix this problem? Is it possible to disable the internet access requirement and use the mod only locally? Here is the log:

Looks like your ISP is blocking Github API server. It's pretty common in parts of Russia and all of China, from what I understand. So we recommend using a VPN, that should fix the connection issue.
