ba_markers_details example too many output rows

Testing:
con <- ba_db()$testserver
ba_markers_details(con = con, markerDbId = "mr01")
Creates an output (tibble or data.frame of two rows), which is unexpected. The refAlt column should be combined and given as a comma or semi-colon separated field.
