Provide referenced traffic-sign assets

Background

The regulations allow multiple speed zones, while the current appendix does not provide a complete set of visual references. The organization agreed to publish canonical traffic-sign and marking assets and link them from the regulations page.

Scope

• inventory every traffic sign and marking referenced by the regulations;
• provide canonical SVG assets for each referenced sign;
• add missing speed-zone references, not only Zone 30;
• define stable names and storage locations;
• link the canonical assets from the relevant regulations sections;
• verify that rendered figures and downloadable assets are consistent.

Acceptance criteria

• Every referenced sign has a canonical source asset.
• Missing speed-zone references have been added.
• Duplicate and inconsistently named assets have been resolved.
• Regulations figures and downloadable SVGs match.
• Asset links are included in the published regulations.
• The result has passed content and rendering review.
