Failure when opening graffana for the first time

Describe the bug
When first trying to run grafana i get connection failure to grafana endpoint

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attach the template specification.
2. Attach the scenario specification.
3. Attach the output log.
4. Highlight the error
