Map Envelope L200 data to existing OpenStudio measures

Create a spreadsheet or document that lists L200 envelope inputs, shows an XML snippet of the information (or xpath), and either 1) map to existing measures and arguments or 2) identify that a new measure is needed (& necessary arguments).
